Well my Mum was a trouper and we had a lot of fun but it was a bit hectic. Mum madly peeled all the veg and set the table and made the Christmas Cake, Christmas pudding.. what did I do.. the turkey!

As the day passes and turns to Church bells ringing and Carol singers, Merry Christmas to all our friends, family and clients from all at Kensmyth Alpaca, here in the Cotswolds.

As we eagerly await the birth of our second grandchild this Christmas, praying that all goes well, a reminder of the beauty of new born alpaca cria this year..

Remember my warning not to cut the grass too short? No mud except around the gate entrances, just lovely grass in this rare blue sky at Kensmyth. Field shelters essential as no lanolin in those fleeces remember..

Well I gave in to putting a tree up last week end as a friend made me a beautiful door wreath..

The Corn Hall has some amazing stands but the Vegan/Vegetarian day was fascinating..

I do not like doughnuts but these did look yummy!

sometimes the peace and tranquil scenes just remind me of Winnie the Pooh and his words..

for those we have lost this year and will always be remembered..

How quickly time passes, how difficult a year this has been and how much has changed for everyone. Plans made broken, loved ones lost but hope always for the future with Christmas just round the corner..
